Lake Wisconsin Cottage is like owning your own lake cottage. It's the perfect size for a small family or a couple. Enjoy a friendly residential neighborhood, fabulous sunsets, a big yard, and your own private pier. Water activities, nature, hiking, boating, fishing, relaxation, and lots of day-trips are among the many things to do. Read a book on your outdoor patio, visit area restaurants, or cook your own meal in our full kitchen. Whatever you choose, you can return at the end of the day to your own comfortable and extremely clean abode.

ACCOMMODATIONS & RATES LAKE WISCONSIN COTTAGE, LLC is a private, single family home with full kitchen, living room, library nook, 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), bath with a shower, your own lakefront yard, patio, grill, pier, and complimentary parking.

$600/3 night minimum. Weekly only mid-June to mid-August. Call for shorter stay openings as available.

NON-PEAK(Apr 15-May 27, & Sept 7 - Oct 31, 2010)

Closed in winter.

$500, 3 night minimum.

* Plus applicable taxes. Rates are for 1-4 persons. Each additional person is $20.00 per night, cottage maximum is 5 persons. Daily visitors only with pre-approval and $10. per person/day fee. Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 10:00am The Cottage and attached patio are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets. Non-refundable deposit of 50% required to hold. Full balance due 2 weeks prior to check-in. Cash and checks accepted, sorry - no credit cards. Included:

All dishes and cooking facilities/utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.
All linens provided, including sheets, bath towels, and kitchen linens.
Gas grill and charcoal grill
Patio furniture, firepit, and private pier
Window air conditioning and central furnace
Television with dvd/vcr
